Leaving a Message for Our Mutual Assistant
(Inserted January, 2007)
To our residents: When you call Mutual Assistant and have to leave a message on her answering machine (301-598-1338), please be certain to do the following:
- Leave your name and phone number
- Briefly and clearly state the reason for your call
She will then
- Write the problem in her log book
- Report the problem to PPD (if necessary)
- Obtain a work order (if applicable)
- PPD will call the resident to schedule the work with the resident
(Please be aware that unless the problem requires urgent attention, PPD may not be able to work on it immediately)
If the work is not done in a timely manner
- Call our Mutual Assistant again
- Leave you name and phone number
- Advise her that the work has not yet been done
She will
- Contact PPD again
- Return your call
For other concerns, our Mutual Assistant will return your call within 24 hours.
